  the National Recycling Congress to the Heartland and to share all the goo
 d work happening in this part of our country.\n\nThe theme for this year’s
  National Recycling Congress is “Strategies for Circularity”. It will incl
 ude a number of special guest presentations\, learning sessions\, workshop
 s\, and CEUs. In addition\, we will host our annual reception\, awards\, s
 cholarship presentations\, vendor expo\, and tours. \n\n\n\n
