Murray J. Fox Scholarship Fund

The Murry J. Fox Scholarship Fund was created in 1994, when Murry Fox, a long-time supporter and member of the National Recycling Coalition, started a fund to provide scholarships to college students in environmental studies interested in recycling.

Since 1994, the Murray J. Fox Scholarship Trust Fund has awarded nearly $85,000 in scholarships to more than 50 college students who planned to study in fields related to recycling and waste prevention.

This year, the NRC is awarding 3 scholarships in the amount of $1,500 each. Recipients will also recieve complementary admission to the Resource Recycling Conference (an excellent networking opportunity) as well as a one-year membership to the Coalition.
